Christmas teddy bears can be the best and most personal gift you could ever give.  Not only are they cute, but also you can pair the bear with just about anything else imaginable.   They are also appropriate for any recipient.  Adults will like the thought and children will love their cuddly new friend.

First and foremost you should find a bear that reminds you of the person in some way.  Maybe they have dark brown hair, so a dark brown bear would be perfect.  Or the person may love the color blue; there are plenty of adorable blue bears around.  Dressing the bear employs a similar concept.  Shop around at the local thrift store and find some clothes in the children’s section that looks like something the recipient would wear.

Now that your bear is properly dressed it needs to have the right accessories.  Ask yourself what it is about the person you’re gifting it to that really sticks out.  Maybe they love coffee, or music.  Perhaps it’s their birthday or the gift is for an anniversary.  Going to the toy store or the thrift store will unearth mountains of miniature plastic items that will be perfectly suited to your personalized teddy bear.  For example, a cute little coffee mug or a birthday cake.  The possibilities end when your imagination does.
